Power House Kennels of Cincinnati Terms & Conditions are which is stated below we ask that you read this and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for purchasing one of our Power Houe Kennels of Cincinnati (PHKC) puppies. We try very hard to produce show dogs and also great family pets.  Here we put alot of work in our dogs and their puppies as well, and also in finding the perfect person or the perfect family who will give our puppies the best. Here we have been breeding the best for over 7 years and hope to continue giving you the best of this breed.
 
 
 
 
Companion Only Contract
 
 
 
Puppies or dogs that are sold on a Companion Only Contract cannot and will not be used for breeding purposes. If a Companion Only Contract is completed with fee PIF (Paid In Full) the puppy or dog is to be spayed/neutered immeaditly (within 72 hrs.). The puppy or dog will receive a copy of the AKC and other registry papers. You will not receive the original papers until a Licensed Vet confirms that the puppy or dog has received the spay/nueter surgery. Also the seller may also have the puppy or dog spayed/nuetered at their own descretion.

Health Guarantee
 
 
 
Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC) states that at the time of sale, shipment, or delivery that the puppy or dog is healthy and free of any illness. The Buyer is to take the puppy or dog to a licensed vet within 72 hours for a complete health check after receiving the dog from Power House Kennels of Cincinnati (PHKC), shipment or delivery. If at that time you fail to due so you forefit the option to receiving a refund of any kind. If at the time of the health check a problem is found the buyer is to call or contact Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC). (We do not guarantee Cherry Eye it is a common problem found in the breed)

Show/Breed
 
Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC) is not stating that purchasing a puppy or dog from us that it is subject to win shows just that we breed with the best our knowledge and to the best of our ability to give you one of the best examples of this breed. The decision is to the buyer to decide from the available pictures and or/ physical contact.
 
 
Take Back Policy
 
 
Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC) agrees to take back the puppy or dog anytime during its lifetime. If at anytime the buyer no longer wants or can no longer can care for the dog they are to make arrangements w/ Power Hpuse Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC). Buyer is fully responsible for the return of the dog if any expenses are incurred such as (travel or shipment ) unless other arrangements where made. If the buyer returns the puppy or dog then the must return full custody to Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC). The buyer at no time it to give the dog away to a third party, any shelter, any puppy mill or any rescue organization the buyer is to contact Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC). Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC) is always able to be reached by any form of contact provided. Power House Kennels is here anytime after you buy the puppy for help & support.
 
 
General Conditions
 
 
The buyer aggrees that the puppy or dog at anytime will not be used for breeding fighting dogs or any other illegal use such as dog fighting. The puppy or dog will not be used to crossbreed or breeding for puppy mills, puppy  brokers, or pet stores.
 
 
Breach of Contract
 
 
This part of the contract come into affect for both parties if one or the other refuses to abide by any term or condition stated in this contract. If at anytime this contract is breached it will result in legal action.  If this occures court will be held in the State of Ohio (Cincinnati) where Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC) is located and any expensed occured due to travel, lost wages, or stay is the buyers responsibility and also court cost and the dog or the value of the dog will added to the claim. If the puppy or dog is awarded back to Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC)  then cost of shipment or travel to claim a dog back is the buyers responsibility. This is set forth so the name Power House Kennels of Cincinnati  (PHKC) is not slandered or defamed in any way . 
 
 
Kennel Name Abbreviation
 
 
Any puppy or dog that is purchased from Power House Kennels of Cincinnati (PHKC) is to carry the abbreviation of Power House Kennels of Cincinnati (PHKC) with his/her name.
Example: if you want to register your dog name as Spike you would first enter PHKC which is the abbreviation of Power House Kennels of Cincinnati (PHKC) then Spike which would then appear on your registry as PHKCSpike. Our Kennel is a very proud kennel and we would like to keep our name a very upstanding name so therefore we pass all puppys or dogs the abbreviation of our kennel. This also helps us to locate our past litters as the breeder. There will be no exceptions or changes to this part of the contract.

Rights of Limitations
 
 
Power House Kennels of Cincinnati (PHKC) will not claim responsibility for aggressive action of the dog that results in an attack, mauling or dog bite from a dog that is sold to buyer. All or any liabilities for this are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Power House Kennels of Cincinnati (PHKC) will not claim responsibilty for puppy or dog after it is out our care. 
 
 
By signing this Power House Kennels of Cincinnati (PHKC) and the buyer are in agreement with everything stated in this contract. Any problems with any part of the contract is to be addressed before the signing of the contract. This contract becomes a legal binding agreement once both parties signature are complete.
